Terms Of Use
This site is designed for the
purchasing of high-voltage electrical parts that are used by not only
households but electrical utilities and contractors as well. By purchasing
items from Electric-Parts.Net you understand that some of these items are
dangerous and that you are QUALIFIED and KNOWLEDGEABLE on how the products are
applied and how to use them. The full intent of this site is to provide savings
on electrical products.
Pricing The pricing on this website is for
immediate purchase only and is fully subject to change without notice. We
understand that a lot of our customers are electrical contractors and utilities
looking for additional suppliers of products. Unfortunately, this site cannot
be used to gain prices for formal quotations due to the continual fluctuation
in pricing.
Return Authorization Policy Electric-parts.net wants you to be
100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase please fill out the RGA form (See RGA tab) and an
RGA number will be emailed to you. Full refund will be issued for materials
returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are the responsibility of
the customer, unless material was found defective or shipped in error by
Electric-parts.net. This will be designated in the email with your RGA number.
Payment Information Electric-Parts.net accepts only
internet orders and all orders are to be paid for at the time of ordering. We
accept all major credit cards including Visa, and MasterCard, this includes any
check card or debit card with one of those companies logo's on them. All orders
will be done through a secure server with 128-bit encryption for the highest
level of security. It is our policy not to take any credit card information on
a non-secure webpage. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by check, money
order, or purchase order at this time. Hopefully, we will soon have an
electronic check service setup as a payment option.
Shipping Information All orders placed before 3pm PST
will be shipped on the same day. Most items purchased will be shipped via UPS,
all other items will be shipped via another trackable carrier in which the
product falls within their carrier requirements.
Privacy & Security Statement It is Electric-Parts.net policy not
to disclose any personal information provided by our customers to anyone other
than the top 2 company officials and appropriate law enforcement officers. This
personal information includes the customers name, address, phone numbers, IP
address, and credit card numbers. This information will be disclosed to the
above named officials only under the circumstances of possible internet fraud.
Our site does have the use of cookies only to keep track of your shopping cart
and will automatically be deleted upon you leaving our site or closing your web
browser. IP address's will only be recorded by Electric-Parts.net at the time
of purchase, and will only be used in the case of internet fraud.
Electric-Parts.net does not collect any other information and does not disclose
or sell any of the users personal information to any other company and/or
people. All information will be collected using secure servers with 128-bit
encryption except if you are registering to use a watch list. If you have ANY
